Went running along the lake this morning. It was nice to get up and out and early and go for a jog. It comes out to about six miles total. That’s pretty damn good if you ask me. Not in any rush – just trying to pad along at a nice pace and jog on the grass when I can. I also am sorta excited that I’m much less winded since I’ve been running five days a week the past four weeks. Yay! Finished the first quarter of the Men’s Fitness year-long workout program. Launching into the second three months this week. Have an assload of chicken and roughy to eat in the fridge. I’m the fry-daddy. Or at least broil-daddy.
