I’ve been trying this extreme crash diet to combat last week’s starch fest. Day one was eating just fruit. Day two is just vegetables. Today is fruit and vegetables. Tomorrow is bananas and milk. Friday is beef and vegetables. Saturday is same (though that is when my cookie party is so I might be SOL. Then Sunday is brown rice, fruit and vegetables. I’ve lost 5 pounds in the past two days. Probably mostly water and I did weigh myself after working out. I’m so neurotic. I ordered all my foodstuffs for the cookie party on webvan last night so that should all arrive tomorrow morning. Did a little work on a client site.
