Teaches of Peaches

An Amazon search for musicians similar to Lords of Acid brought up Peaches. I downloaded her song, ‘Fuck the Pain Away’ on iTunes. You’ll recognize it as the song in the Tokyo strip club in Lost in Translation for it’s strange beat and filthy-frank lyrics:

Suckin’ on my titties like you wanted me,
Callin me, all the time like blondie,
Check out my chrissy behind,
It’s fine all of the time,
Like sex on the beaches,
What else is in the teaches of Peaches? huh? what?

It’s strange and sticks in your brain - I’ve already listened to it four times today. Though the ending refrain of repeatedly chanting Fuck the pain away gets a little much towards the end.

    you might enjoy CHICKS ON SPEEDS, “We Don’t Play Guitars” - which has a version where Peaches plays guitar……..
