SCOTUS Rules Local Gov’ts Can Seize Private Property for Businesses

[T]he Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that a local government may seize private property for purposes of profit-making private re-development, declaring that this constitutes a "public use" under the Constitution.

Does anybody else see the word SCROTUM each time they see SCOTUS. It is like when people refer to them as The Supremes and I picture Diana Ross (the pretty one, not the current cyborg).
