Santorum Wants to Pull Plug on Federal Weather

Wonder-douche Rick Santorum has introduced a bill that

would prohibit federal meteorologists from competing with companies such as AccuWeather and The Weather Channel, which offer their own forecasts through paid services and free ad-supported Web sites.

Mr. Frothy strikes again!

Inklings of this back in January’s New York Times.

I had to look into exactly what kind of think tank would work on such a bill. Wow, Rick Santorum is quite the mover and shaker… he just sponsored the ‘Motorsports Fairness and Permanency Act of 2005′ as well. Way to have you finger on the pulse of America and not being afraid to fight for what’s important.

I think it’s because Ricky just loves looking at the conservative, often-pregnant, southern belle’s at the Weather Channel.

He just loves their weather on the nine’s.
