Re-establish and maintain the separation between investment banks and commercial banks.

After the Great Depression every said 'Well that sure sucked-' and they passed the Glass-Steagall Act separating investment banking (aka gambling) from commercial banking (consumers- real people) to reduce the exposure of speculation to consumers.
