Oral Sex May Cut Teen Pregnancy Rate

Wow. Teaching kids about their bodies and how they work and presenting a mature example of sexual conduct and responsibility may just help with teen pregnancy rates. Who knew. (via Amorous Propensities)

Encouraging schoolchildren to experiment with oral sex could prove the most effective way of curbing teenage pregnancy rates, a government study has found. Pupils under 16 who were taught to consider other forms of ‘intimacy’ such as oral sex were significantly less likely to engage in full intercourse, it was revealed.

Sure, sex is pleasurable for teens, so is driving 100mph in Dad’s SUV, eating sugar loaded snacks all day, drinking beer, smoking pot, etc. etc. All of these have risks, and promoting oral sex to teens in order to minimize pregnancies is stupid and outrageous. Not even to mention you can still contract AIDs and other STDs.
