Livid About Dropping the Public Option

I’m so livid right now I can barely keep my hands steady enough to type. How is it that when the Republicans have the Presidency and a narrow advantage in the House and Senate that they can start a war based on lies that bankrupts the country, but when the Democrats have a bigger advantage and a mandate to provide the country with affordable health care, they can’t get it done?
