House Resolution 854: Great job Sox.

by Andy on November 22nd, 2004

Thank God we spent time in the House and Senate on a bill to congratulate the Red Sox.

Now if only we could get those 9-11 intelligence reforms passsed.

Idiots.

That’s like passing a bill to congratulate the cast of Friends.

  1. That’s as absurd as our pat-on-the-back system here at work, in which coins are given out to those who do good work, and can be exchanged for gift certificates at a local grocery chain. It was found, upon audit, that they were being given out for reasons such as “Clem showed up for work on time.” to the tune of 900 in one month to one department.
