On this election day, in the spirit of full disclosure
about my past (and this newsletter is read by my rabbi,
my shrink and my mom), I must admit that during my
younger days, I did go on something of a drug and alcohol
induced bender. But I swear, it is almost over…
I have never noticed people my age this involved in an election. I guess we’re all growing up. Many of us saw the hopefulness of the movement Ross Perot started as a sign things could change – that ended. But I think the internet has helped to organize and bring the politics to my generation. Voting was the cool thing to do. Who’d ever guess that?
