I made my own avatar (four actually in a series) but I forgot the link I found it at – feel like at total dumbass – if anybody out there has it please send it to me. I know the script is called trooper.php…

Everybody has left. The chili has been put away. The question is: am I going to go out tonight? I’m really pretty damn sleepy and should really stay in. I’ve had three beers as well. Got a meeting with a web client tomorry. Then a birthday party for Olivia and then a meeting with our graphic designer for the show and then probably going dancing till 3 or so. We shall see.

It is so exciting to see people link to this blog and hear their discussions. I know it sounds really fruity but it really is about people taking the web back from the corporations. Why watch Survivor when you can’t wait to see if Dean kicks the houseboy out or if Closetboy finds true love or Pip makes it big at Second City. This is what is supposed to happen. We’re supposed to have our lives and stories entertwined into one another – not be handed our stories by a ad-crazy money-hungry marketing machine. Sometimes I sit on the bus and think of the hundreds of stories contained in all the people around me. The weblog movement is a way to catalog those stories. To record them. To realize that none of us is ever truly alone. It has all been lived before and if you can find somebody that’s been there before you then you can ease the path for the next person.

What is the one activity that you know if you did superbly well and consistently would have significant positive results in your personal?

What is the one activity that you know if you did superbly well and consistently would have significant positive results in your professional or work life?

If you know these things would make such a significant difference, why are you not doing them now?

Doesn’t that just hurt your brain?

I’m staying in tonight. I’m gonna hydrate and go to bed. Good night.
