Anybody else totally not jazzed about New Year’s? I’m not saying jazzed about 2005 – but all the rituals surrounding the transfer of a digit?
I’m gonna go work on my ebook and my 2005 resolutions at the cafe until Ron wakes up.

Agreed. It’s a lot of to-do about a silly moment in time.
Yet I’m still going to get all dressed up and have fun. Why not?

I’ve never personally cared for New Year’s Eve. It’s a lot of hype that usually doesn’t live up to my expectations. However, when I go into it with no expectations at all, I’ve had a good time. It’s just another excuse to get together with friends and eat and drink.
