Constitutional Restoration Act

Wheee!

HR 3799 introduced into the House:

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the Supreme Court shall not have jurisdiction to review, by appeal, writ of certiorari, or otherwise, any matter to the extent that relief is sought against an element of Federal, State, or local government, or against an officer of Federal, State, or local government (whether or not acting in official personal capacity), by reason of that element’s or officer’s acknowledgement of God as the sovereign source of law, liberty, or government..

Is this one of those crazy bills that will never make it anywhere – or is this the beginning of something a lot more comprehensive?

And these are the same people who thought the Taliban were evil, yet fail to see the beam in their own eye. All together now “A theocracy is a theocracy is a theocracy.” Don’t matter if it’s Muslim or Christian.

Where can I go to sign a petition for the Constitutional Restoration Act, or to find a letter to copy and send to my legislators?

Is this a bill pending before Congress? It sounds like our representatives are taking some pointers from Iran.
