The idea of privatized profit and socialized risk is destroying us. Free markets are only free if they’re allowed to go down, and companies are allowed to fail… In the US, we just spent more money than all our wars combined, with the explicit purpose of not changing anything… We have to let companies fail for capitalism to work.
