CDC Moves to Routine HIV Testing

Glimmer of hope/integity:

[A}n expected move by the Centers for Disease Control to make HIV testing a part of routine physical exams. This is a dramatic shift from the current standards, and it would have implications for current barriers to testing as well as the ever-present debate about anonymous HIV testing.
