Chili Recipe: 2 cans of crushed tomatoes, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped green peppers, 1/2 chopped potato, oregano, 3 cloves garlic, 4 chopped celery stalks, 1 bay leaf, a little bit of cinnamon. 1# ground turkey, 1 packet of chili seasoning. Brown turkey in frying pan, drain away excess fat. Put all ingredients in a Crock-Pot. Add water as desired. Set on low heat and cook all day. Come home to a house smelling real good. Serve over pasta or brown rice. Try adding a little apple in and see if your guests notice the sweetness. The cinnamon is a great touch and gives it a distinctive zing.
