Does this guy scare the shit out of you too? Getting ready to start a new draft of episode two of Sinister. I’m considering moving my computer into the bedroom for the summer since it’s cooler in the middle room where the air conditioner is. Hmmm… I shall meditate on the situation. Made it through […]

  • Non-Controversial Christ Painting Under Fire

Non-Controversial Christ Painting Under Fire From Art Community: (The Onion) “Perhaps we can reach some sort of compromise,” Anderson said. “I don’t want to go so far as to soak the painting in the menstrual blood of a 13-year-old girl, as some have demanded, but I’m open to other suggestions. We might be able to […]

  • I remember when I was

I remember when I was in middle school reading a book about a guy that made contact through a computer with a two-dimensional world. It was an entrancing book whose images remain burned in my brain forever – these two-dimensional animals and citizens of a 2-D world. And I just stumbled across it online after […]

It has been an insane past week. I was at a film shoot all day on Saturday and Sunday for a student film. I always forget how long it takes to make a film – film people just run on a different time zone. It was a hard shoot on Saturday – all day in […]

  • I put the lists back

I put the lists back on the blog. Albeit in a horizontal form ‘stead of veritcal. Let us rejoice and be glad.

I was just on the phone with Karen – who has been vegetarian since Lent – she calls these faux weenies she eats Not Dogs – they’re really called SmartDogs. But to have her talk about eating Not Dogs while I’m counting veal patties is such a delicious illustration of the strange world in which […]

My girl Mierka’s show opens tomorrow night. She was diagnosed with MS when she was 23 and then two years later her mom was diagnosed as well. Mierka’s in remission and she’s started a foundation for artists with MS. (I designed the website)
